Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on understanding patterns of your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs to gain greater insight to yourself. With this new insight, you will be able to work through the patterns that have been problematic for you in your life.
Payment of Services
At this time, I accept Aetna and United Behavioral Health/Optum. I also accept debit, credit, FSA, or HSA cards.
Payment of services are due at the time services are provided. Cancellation fees apply if your appointment is not cancelled within 48 business hours.
I can provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your health insurance carrier. Please be aware that it is up to your insurer how much they will reimburse you for my services. Reimbursify, is an app that provides assistance with submitting superbills to insurance carriers for reimbursement.
Free 15 minute Phone Call
This is an opportunity for me to get an understanding of what you are hoping to get out of therapy or for medication evaluation. You will also be able to ask me questions about my practice and determine if we should proceed with initial evaluation.
Medication & Therapy Follow-up

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

During this appointment we will discuss past mental health history, medical history, and current concerns more thoroughly. Finally,I will discuss my recommendations and potential treatment plan for you.
